On January 13th, 2021 I ordered thru Amazon Sony PlayStation console 4, Ninetendo Switch, and Asurion electronic protection plan. The order was cancelled and I received a refund for order #[protected], and order#[protected], However, I did not receive a refund for order#[protected]. I have reached out to Ipuzzle and its holding company and to no avail. These products were ordered out of an account for a person with Disabilities and now the State is investigating. Please help I never received the products. I am requesting a refund of $605.12 for the PlayStation 4. As I stated above all monies were refunded except for the PlayStation 4.
