I have travelled though khalapur toll naka, on 7th Feb with my Ertiga car, Rc no: Mh12 Sq 9768.
My fasttag has deducted rd 203, which is valid amount
Howver after few days, i got additional toll debit request on my Paytm fasttag of Rs, 1173, with reason that vehicle class is not updated with Fasttag. However i have given my details of RC Book and photos of car to, Paytm and they have requested good faith toll charge back to Khalapur toll naka, still it is rejected, without any valid proof.
I have valid prood that my car is ertiga and have paid legitimate charge of 203 already and need to excess charged money back of Rs1173 Was this information helpful? |
