While passing through Dehuroad toll naka on 31st October 2020 @ 0934 hrs I was charged Rs. 81 in cash in spite of having the fastag through which I was debited for Rs. 41/-.
It is equally surprising that when the fastag debit was for RS. 41 they collected Rs. 81 and that too upto Lonawala only which was told to them.
Request you to refund me Rs. 81 charged extra at the earliest.
