Yesterday i was travelling from Pune to Mumbai. i am using ICICI Fast tag for toll payment which was working perfect till Lonavla toll plaza. At Shedung Toll Plaza Fast tag was not scanned due to technical error from IRB side. Toll Staff R. B. Shejwal and his colleague started shouting on me and used Bad language. i have the Videos for all this incident. i request to take the strict action against those employees and share the details with me. else i have to share those Videos on Social media and with Press.
