I have requested a flight booking from Delhi to Mumbai on flight AI 349
>> on 3rd of April 2015 departure from Delhi at 3:15 and arrival at Mumbai at
>> 5:25 am but I got a confirmed ticket on another flight no AI 317
>> departure at 23:00 and arrival at 01:10 am on 4th April Mumbai. I have a

I have tried almost 50 time on your customer care no [protected] always says currently busy try after some time.
I have try to connect with air india they said your request was cancelled socwe had given another flight without my confirmation.
Now you are asking to pay penalty to change the flight.
Really pathetic service from IRCTC.
Please resolve my issue asap.
