For the PNR [protected] I booked the tickets under premimum tatkal and cancelled it, the irctc website does not state any cancellation policy while canelling the reservation it just cancelled the tickets and stated No Refund
I logged several tickets with irctc with no luck.
I expect this to be escalated to the highest level, as I was not aware that I would lose the entire ticket fare on cancellation. Was this information helpful? |
