IRCTCD — NON REFUND OF TDR FILED AMOUNT

Dear Sir,

I have booked railway e-ticket from Darbhanga to New Delhi vide train No. 04025/DBG DEE SPL, PNR NO. [protected], D.O.J-12/11/2003. While reached the Darbhanga railway station on 12/11/2013 train status shown is late, then after i contact with darbhanga railway station authority, in reply of authority train will be expected time of departure after 1000 hrs. I requested to darbhanga railway station authority my presence in delhi on dated 13/11/2013 at 01030 hrs is necessary. In reply you should arrange alternative at your end and file the TDR after departure of train. then after i have filed the TDR on dated 12/11/2013 approximate 1040 hrs. In this regard i have mail to irctc more then 5 time. Neither reply nor amount refund in my respective account. Request look into the matter personally and amount refund in my respective account and suitable directions may be issued to concerned department in this regard.
