My previous complaint still not resolved:-

I am selected for the post of BRANCH MANAGER at korba Location in health insurance company but due to my PAN No AAKPO1061F is showing PAN LOOKUP PORTAL company not allow for joining.

Please help me I was already Resigned from HDFC ERGO HELTH INSURANCE agent Code 0686238J and Code AD[protected] resignation letter attached along with this mail.

Dear Sir

My self sanjay ojha i was send a request to IRDA ([protected]@irda.gov.in) for removing my PAN No AAKPO1061F from IRDA PAN LOOKUP PORTAL because due to this agent Code I am not eligible to join any other insurance company as a Employee.
Sir resentaly I was done a interview and I got selected in health insurance company but due to this PAN NO and agent Code showing on IRDA PAN LOOKUP PORTAL my company is hold my joining they are told me that first I have to remove my PAN NO and agent Code from IRDA PAN LOOKUP PORTAL after that they will issue my offer latter.
Sir it's my humble request to you please arrange to remove my PAN No and agent Code from IRDA PAN LOOCUP PORTAL.
I was always thankful you please help me.

Because of my name still showing on IRDAI PAN Lookup which shows not yet terminated properly. I am getting trouble in issuance of my new agency code.

So this is all the reasons I wanted that agency code and IC code to be removed and terminated from IRDAI portal so that I can join a new company in Insurance field.
