I have online recharge for my bsnl prepaid mobile no.[protected] for rs.290 on 19/04/2016 from my hdfc bank credit card. Amount was deducted from account, but recharge was not done and not returned to credit my account till date. I have repeatedly contact with both bsnl customer care and hdfc bank credit card, but till date they have not resolved. Today i got all credit card bills to bsnl and hdfc bank. They told me that, you have to talk with irecharge customer care or complaint to irecharge. You are requested to kindly do this and please do the needful.

Irechargeonline.com — Not refund recharge amount

Dear Sir

I recharge on date 11.04.2016 in idea of 285/- + 285/-rs From my SBH bank by online banking but recharge failed and amount has deduct from my acount and till time not refunded amount in my acount so i request to you pls refund my amount 570/- rs in my SBH bank acount..
