[Resolved]  Isa Global Immigration Consultants — Without any service, Why I should be paid, Need Refund of 5000

The reply from ISA : If you decide not to proceed further and since the amount is non-refundable, there are two options: 1. You can take one of our e-learning certification courses (like Six Sigma or Project Management, worth INR 10, 000) in lieu of the token amount paid, which may help you in your career in India if you are not planning to move abroad. 2. If you do not wish to do the e-learning certification course, as a token of goodwill, we can refund Rs.3000 after deduction of administrative costs. My reply : The non-refunded policy should be mentioned before the payment, not after the payment as per your wish. how you could take the administration fee as I am not availe any kind of service from you people. Again you are asking the payment without any service provided ? why I should be paid for your administration, Is that the way you people take the amount from the clients ? I am really disappointed with the service. I thought maybe I could start the process after 2months, but I lost trust in the token amount itself. So really don't need any kind of service except my refund of 5000 Still not resolved, Need refund of 5000 Thanks Gayathri M
