[Resolved]  ISBM — fraud

I have taken an Admission into this university in Kolkata on 1st December for masters in sociology for the batch July 2017.
These people took admission fees worth Rs. 17, 900.
I have the receipt for the same.
Now they are saying that they don't provide with any study material. I have received no support. They are sending me some brochures and a prospectus valued at Rs. 17, 900.
I want my refund. No prospectus and brochure in anywhere around the world costs Rs 17, 900.
To this date, I have received nothing but a receipt.
This is open fraud.
