I purchased the Honda activa 6g in April 2021 . After that immediately lockdown was happened in my local area (alwar, rajasthan ) till 8 june 2021. So, I could not get the document from owner. So, I was delay in first service of my activa. But now the service man asked the charge for service . I asked for bill of charge then he denied to give that and threaten me I will stop your all services in system and misbehave with me. And threatened next time where will you go...It will be difficult for you to take your activa.
Similar kind of issue my friend also faced before he told me he took some extra money with any bill (bribe) for all that he does this.
We have only single honda service center in our near by and no one listen here. Owner never reachable there. Staff is very bad.
I would request honda to take strict action on this otherwise I have to file police complaint and take it further. Was this information helpful? |
