I started my B. A. In English in 2016 from Mumbai university Idol. After which, I transferred to Ismail, completing the degree with distinction in 2019. It's 2021 and after various visits to both universities and procedures, I haven't gotten it yet. Both Ismail Yusuf and Mumbai university have been uncaring and unwanted to try to resolve the matter. Please help me out.
