It has been about a week that I have been complaining time and again about the absence of signal in my ISTV setup box but persistently there only is complete ignorance from the monthly fee collector. The cold blooded part is that my neighbour's setup box got signal. For the time being I am out of my mind that he did this intentionally. This really is an act of total ###. He did not deserve his service. Seriously, he needs an explanation for his negligence to the concern authority otherwise in the long run, it might be a complete disaster for the company. It is unfair that CUSTOMERs are denied of our rights.
