It Expressway Limited Tnrdc — Non linking of Local Resident Pass with Fastag

I own a car with registration no TN 14 R 7547 with a local resident Pass issued by IT EXPRESSWAY LTD in Chennai. It was linked to Fasstag of my car in Sept 2020 and no money was deducted whenever I cross the Toll Plazas connected to IT EXPRESSWAY at Chennai. After I got the Local Resident Pass in Feb 2021 it seems to have got delinked from Fastag and I am getting charged every time I cross these Toll plazas. So far about Rs 300 has been deducted. I want the link to be restored so that no money is deducted while crossing the connected toll plazas and the amount deducted so for be refunded.
