Italian Bakery — The shop does not give change although it has it and forces you to buy new products

Hi, Italian Bakery near Suvidha Shopping Center in Paldi, Ahmedabad does not give change at the time of final billing.. The owner has change but still would not give you and forces you to buy new products/ gives some unrecognized coupons. People are really upset and want this to get resolved as soon as possible. Please help
