[Resolved] ITCTC — Got FALSELY charged by IRCTC - for not even booking a ticket

i got falsely charged by IRCTC for not even booking my ticket. they charged me twice Rs.1489.94 and Rs.1444.94 BUT BOOKING HAS NOT BEEN MADE. Transaction ID: [protected] Train No./Name: 14708 / RANAKPUR EXPRES I am not able to connect to irctc customer care as well their number is always not reachable. kindly look into and help me getting my falsely charged money back

itctc - Got FALSELY charged by IRCTC - for not even booking a ticket the above complain is solved and i have got the refund
