Itech Sol — Fake post - money fraud

I got money fraud
I AM megha shyam received envelop with the heading andra pradesh digital agro corporation on the envelop it state that it is from ITECH SOL 196 patel nagar new mandi mz nagar UP. 251001 as this was cash on delivery so I paid 524 as per slip but when I opened the envelop there was a random digital marketing brochure which was not related to me i ccame to know it is some kind of fraud kindly resolve the issue and get me my 524rupees back
