i also recib I received envelop with the heading "MAHARASHTRA-AGR-RUR-CROP". On the envelop it state that it is from ITECH SOL. 196 Patel Nagar New Mandi Mz Nagar, UP 251001. As this was cash on delivery but i had not pay499 rs.Please explain whats this issue.
