Itechworksolutions — misleading calls and mental harassment

I got a call on rd 8th sep, 19 from a company named itech work solutions providing data entry job by working at home.
The job was to fill 700 forms in 6 days... Which if i don't complete, then i have pay rs. 400 penalty (As told by executive on call)
They didn't ask any registration fees just an id proof & email id, and i gave them.
Then i received email for account activation... Which had an agreement alongwith,, (, which mentioned application fees of rs. 3999/7999 by business associate.... I didn't understand what business associate was, but company's executive had mentioned that i have to pay nothing)... Therefore i signed it.
Then they send me a user id and password for my data entry job.
After reading the agreement in detail on 4th sep, 19 realizing i am the business associate and i am the one who has to pay rs. 3999/7999.. I made a call to that same company's executive regarding this... And inquiring that i may not be able to finish the task in 6 days... Now they tell me that i have to pay penalty of rs.. 3999 (Earlier told me penalty of rs. 400)
Then i asked them to terminate my id (The 2nd day of work)
She then made me talk to her senior.... Who told me i have to pay rs. 3999 only then i would be given noc from company otherwise i may face legal issues due to signed agreement.

The agreement had a date of 14/9/18... I. E a year old therefore it should be invalid (As non-judicial stamp paper is valid for 6 months only).

Please, let me know that... Do i need to be concernd for any legal issue..?
Any please... Make these fraud companies suffer for these fruads.
