Dear customer, If the aluminium back panel is bent and screen is replaced there will be gaps. We have informed this before replacement and for the same reason you had accepted and using it. If there is pressure on the glass in this form it will break and glasses dont break on their own. Physical and liquid damages are not accepted in warranty and only replacements will be done for functional issues. We have also given you an option to replace the screen at a low price. I don’t wanted to waste time (after wasting money). The fact remains: after your ‘repair’, I put my iPad in a good leather case (back & front covered), with professionally installed screen guard, and handled with utmost care in my hand. Nobody will put deliberate pressure on an iPad.
Found your new replaced glass cracked one fine day morning..
Be humble and accept the fact that some of your work can have fault, if you want repeat customer and social goodwill.
