[Resolved] Itzcash Card — refund not credited in my account

I booked a tatkal quota ticket but the ticket not confirmed and auto matically get cancelled. I used itzcash gateway while booking my ticket and used visa atm card of bank of india. On irctc website it is showing refunded but i did not get refund in my account and bank name is showing itz...
