I had to add backlog entry for my driving l license. I called itzeazy for doing this work. I did advance payment of INR 2000 and then i was told it will be done in max 15 days and now they have stopped clicking calls Ankita and Jayanthi specifically. I added CEO Himanshu as well in the complaint email still no action taken. The completion date have been extended by 10 more days. This only one message I got. Order delivered long back on 28th oct 2022. Find attached screenshot for reference .

We do not authorise third party complain site like this to handle our complains . We are writing just to counter the wrong and one sided narrative. We handle more than 10k orders every month. the number of complain on this site like this is not even 0.1 %. So, it does not represent actual picture. Also we are in tough Govt. documentation segment . Some time work gets delayed due to improper document or sign mismatch . But with time that also gets resolved .

To handle we have well defined ticket system, support number. Also all our customers get a dedicated relationship manager.
