My product has been locked applied for OFD

Address: Delhi

Due to wrong pin code my product has been locked for OFD, and I already spoked with shiprocket, they said within 24 hours my problem will be solved, but still now there is no response from shiprocket, I already told that by my self I will received the product but they are not doing unlocked my product, worst service

Company not processing PF from 4 months

I have applied PF 4 months back but they are not processing my PF form. Called them more then 20 times from the last 2 months but they said they have already submitted it to PF office. When I checked with PF office, they said they didn't receive any application of PF....
