Sir myself Durgesh Singh I used dhani one freedom card and they are cheaters.They took a lot more money than i took and also took higher subscription fees. I call there customer care a lot of time and tbwy didn't answer. Finally i paid all dues and full subscription fees of 300 for the month of december just for paying my dues on 3 December. Then i deactive my service. But the problem is there are 2 loans still showing active and impacting my CIBIL score and today i got call from there employee saying that i have to pay subscription fees otherwise it will impact my CIBIL score. But closed there services so do i pay fees for using nothing of them.So please help me in this concern Thank You Was this information helpful? |
