Ivl Finance Ltd — Loan shown in my cibil report

I don't have any loans or dues with ivl finance Ltd, Their app ( dhani) is also showing that there is no loans or dues of me
associated With them
But my CIBIL report is showing that there are loans of me in ivl finance Ltd

Please help by resolving this issue
