Sir my mobile app is showing loan of 2500 by your IVL finance pvt ltd while no loan was applied by me in your institution yet loan was given to me by your institution. I am being mentally harassed by your organization, for which I had complained many times to the IVL customer service center, I was not satisfied and agreed with the solution given by them.
