Ivl Finance Ltd — Without informing customer

Hi,
The company has taken amount of personal loan of 1000 without the knowledge of the customer. The current amount overdue has become Rs 9984.I didnt receive any updates on the loan or its details . Without informing about the personal loan to the customer it has been sanctioned. I request to take necessary actions to resolve this issue.
