Ivl Finance — Showing outstanding amount

I paid all the loan amount sanction by ivl finance on dhani app I clear all outstanding amount and use still they are showing outstanding amount on my account its gate very bad effect on my CIBIL kindly clear this issue as soon as possible otherwise I will take a legal action against I will finance
