Iyogi Technical Services — unpaid salary

This complaint is about the mnc who has not paid my salary.

I started working in this organization in march 2014 - march 2016 and they had not paid my salary for 2 months and they have also not deposited my pf contribution for 1 year

I have tried everything to get my salary from them but they are denying to pay me my unpaid amount stating that they don't have funds and they are trying

And they have recently acquired a new property on rent in sohna road sector 49

I have my fnf and pf still pending which is around 1 lakh and its been now more than 1 year i am getting the same answer
Please help as i have all the proofs that you will require

I work in night shifts now so you contact me between 2:30pm to 5:30pm
