I have booked a ticket from chennai to bangalore at 9:30 boarding was opposite to rohini theatre at 10:45. I got message from abhibus stating like ticket got confirmed with ticket number. When it was 11 there were around three busses i went to each of them and asked for my seat they said your bus is coming still because in message bus number was not there. When it was 11:30 i called abhi bus and driver and other persons including jabbar travels office landline numbers. Abhi bus tried to reach out to bus manager he said i will share driver number so that you will get more details. When i called driver he said your name is not there. Again i tried to reach other people there was only one response since in ticket bus number is not there you need to wait.
At around 12 i called abhi bus again for asking more details they kept conference with bus team guy. After 30 mins off discussion driver is telling i forgot to call..
Is this how they provide service?
