Jabong.com — delay in delivery.( more than 32 days)

Ordered a product on june 1st but not yet delivered.I have made many complaints but still there were no action has been taken.
I'm unable to cancel the order. They said they don't have the option of cancelling the order from their side as it is in transit.
They have my money, not sure I'll get it back.
Please help me to get it back.
