Hi,
I had ordered 3 items out of which they delivered only 2. The 3rd item was not delivered but the status showed delivered on the jabong application.
I had raised complaint 1 month back. I have not received the product yet and they are not even refunding my money which i paid in advance (Prepaid order).
The courier guy argues and says he had already delivered and jabong is not doing anything except asking me to wait for 48 hours whenever i call them to esquire about the missing product.

I am fed up of following up. The jabong service care doesn't take any action. The delivery person has misplaced the parcel. And now they expect customer to bear the cost. Is this how a big company runs?? By cheating and looting it's customer??
