Dear Sir

We have purchased 8 set of Toilets fitting for AIIMS New Delhi from Jaguar .
We are facing problem in Sensor of Wash basin Tape.
We logged complaint on date on customer care no.[protected] on date 10th Dec and then 11 Jan 19. The complaint no. is 01106024.
One engineer come to AIIMS but did not visited our site saying that the parking is far away from site. We again called on date 11th Jan regarding this but no one come.
In AIIMS campus there are two parking, one near our site and other patient parking from where free shuttle services available till main building where our site is situated.
We are facing problem from AIIMS authority regarding un-functional wash basin.
