I am repeating a complaint because, Mr. Rohan called me and said close the complaint or I will forward this to my lawyer because the order is shipped (which is only after submitting a complaint) I was promised the smartwatch was shipped to me and as soon as I received it I came to know it was a "worthless and I was not even able to switch it on"
As soon as I saw that I took a video and sent to the EK mobiles whatsapp# and they said please ship it back we will send you the proper one and I shipped it as they said and as they gave the address but DTDC clearly said nobody answered the call nor came to pickup the delivery I spent 200 rupees to ship it and now its in the DTDC bangalore I sent it to Delhi it came back. I am not ready to take their product anymore or not ready to do business with them anymore I need a refund and a proper address to ship back their worthless watch until then I am not removing the complaint and I will add the proofs as screenshot and video
Below is from the last complaint which was closed as they begged me to
Initially I placed the order and when I came to know it’s not used watch and it is a copy I asked them to cancel my order they kept saying order is processed and cannot be canceled but their website clearly says it can be cancelled but they said it’s impossible yet they r not shipping it now at all
I placed an order on August 12 and this website doesn’t have an active customer care though I keep asking for order status they r not responding and sometimes the person Rohan Picks up the call and say it was shipped today and when I ask for tracking info he is not responding now I am calling continuously he is not responding to my call nor the WhatsApp
