I bought a stabilizer for my AC on 6 June 2021 and the time when I bought the dealer promised to replace my stabilizer if it stops working or comes up with a fault . On 30 June my stabilizer stoped working and obviously the AC too .
I waited for 2-4 days thinking it might be a cause of electricity and after 3 days I called someone to check the if there's any electrical issue and there was none electrical issue . So I took back the stabilizer to the dealer on 3 July 2021 and asked him to replace the stabilizer .
The dealer started making me fool by saying :
1- I've closed the shop now I can't replace .
2- then he said I am out of stock
3 - then he said a person from the Company will check and repair .
4 - then he said that u should go to trikuta Nagar to the company
Also he said I m not gonna replace do whatever u want to do
