Sanjay Thapa has charged 8.5k for training and DL Delivery before 5months, after taking the amount he denied giving scheduled classes. Every time I had to request him for my classes and then he hardly provided training for 15mint in each session instead of 45 mint as agreed . Now without giving proper training he booked the trial date for the license without intimating or informing me and he want me appear for the exam like this so that I can be rejected from RTO. It's pure intentional and when I asked for clarification and about the few pending classes he started abusing and using unparliamentary words over the call. From the very first day of training he uses a lot o[censored]nprofessional sentences and humiliating words and now he threatens that he will target me so that I couldn't get my DL at all. I have paid 8500 upfront and now he denied to provide promised service on top he started humiliating attitude and abusive languages . He asked me what is my designation when I requested for the pending classes' am a Compliance analyst by profession and he doesn't have that on his mind. He always behaved inappropriate and rude also very much unprofessional.
