I have purchased Air Condition in the Month of September 21 from Air Cool Services, a dealer New AC of Toshiba Company 1.5 tonne, presently, my AC is not working and installed at my office at Jai Prakash Upadhayay & Co., Office No 6A-5A, New Excelsior Building. A.K Naik Marg, Fort, Mumbai-400001,
I have filed a complaint on 27.04.22 at Toshiba call center vide my complaint No 2202036, later engineer on dated 04.05.22 came and inspected my Air condition and informed me parts of outdoor machine require to be replaced, thereafter he never call back, I am fed up with calling call center and contact number of the person provided by them.
Now this has become a very disappointing situation, a person just claiming his right under warranty services which was promised to him at the time of Purchase of Branded Toshiba Air Condition. I feel I was cheated by the Toshiba brand and the warranty promise for 10 years made by them seems false for selling their products only.
This is a hot summer with a temperature of 40, so running an office is very difficult. I am hereby attached AC description affixed on my AC
Please help me in this hot summer season.
