Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought the Eicher 2110 Pro 7 Speed vehicle on December 9th, The first compliant who in my vehicle was the Air league.
I told the service center at the company about the problem and they found the problem and fixed it.
They came from Krishnagiri service center and then told them that the bulbs in the speedometer in the vehicle and were not lit so I could not see what speed the vehicle was going at night and Cruise control did not work.
They told me to come to the service center in Krishnagiri and we will fix the problem but I could not go.
I went to the Salem Service Center on Attur Road as I have a convenient Salem Service Center where I did not notice exactly.
Then I was told to go to the Hosur Service Center. I unloaded at Vellore and took the Empty vehicle from there and reached Hosur. I went to the Hosur Service Center around 4pm on Monday.
I took the vehicle and left it at the service center thinking that they would repair it immediately and they said they would find the relevant problem and repair the vehicle on Tuesday.
Today is Wednesday evening and the vehicle is not delivered. We have no spare parts stock.
If the vehicle you gave me is a new vehicle or the old vehicle is a new vehicle then why are there so many compliant
If at the time stated at the service center why not give me the vehicle I have to say that we give on this day at the right time
We have never had a problem with Tata and Ashok Leyland vehicle before
The problem has only been on top of the problem since we first bought the Etcher vehicle until today.
Compliant air league that came first in my vehicle
The bolt in the air tank did not lock properly
The most essential brake for a vehicle
Initially it was noticed that there was no damage and if so who is responsible for it.
If the bolt in the air tank does not even lock, find out for yourself how much focus you are making on your vehicle.
If you can repair the vehicle, tell the service center concerned to repair it. If not, take back the vehicle you provided and give me another vehicle.
You have not yet been able to repair the vehicle after taking into account the problems that everyone has, including the CSM and AGM and service manager who works at your company.
My humble request is if you can take back the vehicle you gave me and give me another vehicle if not give me a vehicle in your company
From the day I bought the vehicle in your company till today I have only received compensation and no profit
The service centers of the companies that are in the first place are not functioning properly and one of them is your Eicher company.
