Dear sir,
I am herewith writing to you as a last effort after so many phone calls and emails. I hope i shall get true decision from your higher management.
Story is that i am having your sharvak arogyam insurance since 23.11.2015 and premium amount was 3305 id jioeee13946 in the name of mosmi jain then after one year it has renew and told on site its premium amount is rs. 2626 and i have paid through dd on 16.10.16 and confirmation has received from your side and id was converted into jac id [protected] in the same name mosmi jain. After one month i got a baby girl on 09.11.2016 and my husband has informed to your bombay office for claim and replied was there is some issue regarding tie up with insurer and it will resolve very soon then after you will get reimbursement of your whole amount. I was in trust on your respondent person and here point to be noted my premium was paid during your gray period. I had informed from your side that you have to pay more amount by rs 2324 and i have paid as per your condition and then after i have received jac card. But now your guys are told that you are not illegible to get claim because insurance period start from 01.04.2017.
I had made so many mails and calls but unfortunately there was no any satisfactory answer. I have also gone to your ahmedabad office but they had treated me rudely and deny paying any claim. I am enclosing herewith some copy of mails for your further communication. I had also send all documents through speed post dt 07.08.2017 to your office for which speed post acknowledgement attached.
Now some questions are rising in my mind so please try to answer them,
Which side was problem at my end or your end? {problem was on your side due to your tie up with insurer then why i am suffering}
Why i should continue on next year with you?
Will people trust you as you behave as well as worst services?
Why i should not go to consumer court to get my claim for which i have paid premium regularly as per your condition?
Are you not cheating with jains community in the name of jain organisation? Whereas in such type of situation money support must be there but you are the playing the game passing the ball…..
Now on ward i will not write you and not make any calls if you understand that i am suffering than please pay it amount of rs 46200 in the favour of mosmi satyendra jain.
