Jaiprakash Associates / Jaypee Group — boulevard court, yamuna expressway

I have booked a flat in 2014 august with jaypee prakash associates in the jp greens sports city, boulevard court apartments. The flat was not delivered as promised. They have promised to deliver within 3 years time. Construction has not been started yet. It's more than 4 years now. I don't want this flat anymore. I am not interested in any flat in this area or with jp. I want my full money back with interest and compensation. I have been told that i will get a return of three times the fixed deposit will give me. My opportunity cost of getting the return is no where now. I have taken a loan from bank and i am paying interest on it. I have to pay the money to the bank as well and that with the interest and that's very high. I am searching options how to go about getting my refund with interest and compensation.
I want the refund as soon as possible.
