Our fd 00380240 dt nov 27.11.2012 matured on nov 27.11.2015. The matured fd was deposited in person with the company's fd department on dec1, 2015.
We have not been given the proceeds of the matured fd - the principal as well as the interest at 12.5% due.
Both o[censored]s are senior citizens and are ill with diabetes and hypertension. We need the money to take care of our medical needs

I was holding an FD for Rs 2, 00, 000/- ( Two Lakhs only), FDR No 00407258 Dt 23 Mar 2013 with Jaypee Associates ltd which has matured on 22 Mar 2016. I have already sent the FDR to the company for refund of the FD on maturity on 02 Apr 2016 by regd post . I have still not recieved the refund. I am in dire need for the money.
