Dear Sir / Madam, Me & My wife have invested in fixed deposit of Jaiprakash Associates Limited. We have renewed the FDR in year 2012 for the tenure of 36 months. These FDR's are due for payments with maturity amount in 2015 as per the below details. 1. It’s very unfortunate that we are not getting any satisfactory reply from them on our due payments. One FDR was due for the payment in Jan. 2015 itself and now approx. 9 month are over but no commitment on return of our due amount. We are continuously following up with them and every time they telling us new extended timelines with the statement “WE HAVE FUND ISSUES, IT WILL TAKE SOME MORE TIME”. They are repeating same sentence from last 9 months. We need this money very badly and request for your urgent help and support to get my hard-earned money back.
