I booked a flat in JP AMAN 3 project in Greater Noida under JP greens for a Down Payment of Rs. 100000 in Mar 2014, Unit No. AM0B211C01 in the Name of MANISHA SINGHAL The further installment has to be pay as per the construction work in progress but no construction work is being done. I did not make any further payment to the company. I mail to company for refund my down payment but no reply has been done. Now I want my down payment of Rs, 100000 refund with interest their on till date. Please do the need full steps against the Jaiprakash Associates Limited. Hi,

I had also booked the 1bhk in Jaypee Aman 3 in August 2014, I have submitted 10lac
(including loan) so far, but didn't get any notification about the project progress. Now 1 month back Oct 2016, I got the message from broker Investor clinic that Jaypee Aman 3 going to be delay by unspecified time, so you can make a switch to an another project.

It is very difficult to resolve and handle the situation.
