Jaipur Airport Cutoms And Authorities — daa tag rules not followed

Dear sir

I need to file a complaint for jaipur airport authorities and customs.

At any given point when we have a daa tag which means deliver at aircraft at any luggage specifically babay strollers it is supposed to be given at the aircraft. This is what i understand as per the airport tags at the baggage.

However jaipur airport does not follow this and they do not give baby strollers even after daa tag is put in. Thye follow their own rules at the airport due to which passengers have to carry luggage plus sleeping baby, baby bags and other stuff by themselves specially if the mother and baby is travelling alone with some luggage in hand. This makes so troublesome for the baby and the mother. The baby stroller comes at the belt in the last and it is a time consuming process due to which passenger is made to wait at the belt untill all the luggage is out and because of this attitute of customs and not following the tag rules the baies get crancky which makes the whole idea of vaccation so bad. I have personally experienced this many times and everytime they have their own excuses.

Atleast after daa tag they should give the stroller at the aircraft. I have pain in my hand and so it is difficult in the mid of the night to carry the sleeping baby along with luggage without stroller.

The airport customs people said if we want the stroller at the aircraft we have to pay 2500 rupees for the same!!! Which was huge nonsense.

We have been many countries and many cities in india but this kind of bad attitude we have never seen and faced. We have been welcomed so nicely without any trouble.in some airports if theh do not provide our stroller they have facilities to use the strollers available at the airport. This makes life little simple. Be it any country qatar, usa, switzerland, malaysia, singapore any place we have been this jaipur airport is the worst airport we have faced ever.

I would request you to take serious action against the cutoma and authorities because they do not follow the rules and make the passengers fool by making thir own rules as per thier convinience.
