Jaipur National University — Original Marksheet Not Received

Hi My name is Shikha Sharma Enrollment no JNU-jpr/de/19/04/182/03511 i have not recieved any of my original marksheet for MBA -HR i have tried contact university multiple times no response from anyone I have only recieved my soft copy marksheet and when i am trying to apply provisional they are aking me for original marksheet i haven't recieved it your website is not accepting my password also this is real tough and unprofessional. Please help me. I need my original marksheet.
