My Meter was replaced on 29 October 2021 by a JVVNL Employee but I did not request for it. After that, they still sent an average bill for the next month. I raised a complaint online but did not receive any call back. Now, this month, a new bill was issued with previous dues added. My problem in this bill is that my current meter reading is 350 and JVVNL wrote the current meter reading as 403. They have taken 6000Rs/month for 2months by wrongly calculating the bill and I have raised 4-5 complaints regarding that also but never received a call back. This is really disappointing!
