Myself Rohit Sharma this is complaint against Jaipur-vidyut-vitran-nigam-ltd - Vigyan Nagar Kota division
5 month back as our service line was burnt and as per our request RSEB has charged 300 Rs for changing the electricity meter as they will changed the meter whenever you want to change the service line.
The new meter they have installed was faulty as they never had some testing or calibration certificate of the same.
After two month we got a electricity bill for average reading of 8000 Rs. when we went to RSEB office about enquiring the same they said our meter is not working that is why they are charging average bill of 8000 Rs. and they also send two RSEB employee for checking the same, after checking they found that the meter is working.
Again yesterday we got a electricity bill of 7000 Rs.with average reading.
It seems there is a huge problem inside the department as in my knowledge several of consumers are suffering with this problem.
I am requesting you on the behalf of all consumer's to take up this issue with higher authorities as its very difficult for a middle class person to pay a single penny more. Was this information helpful? |
