two month before Reliance money agent mr. RAVAT SING([protected])at Gurgaon came to me and asked to open an account, i have submitted all relivant documents and cheque to mr Ravat Sing. after 15 days RS 500/ was deducted from my account but my account was not open, after that Mr .
