Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — Complaint against Katrasoo Branch (Branch Code-KATSOO) regarding PMEGP Loan Through DIC

On 15th of March 2021 JK bank branch Katrasoo Kulgam has received my project proposal through DIC Kulgam and till now I’m being ignored by the branch by saying, we are busy today, come tomorrow, day after tomorrow and that tomorrow never came till now. More than 6 months had gone, still my project proposal is pending at your branch.
I have completed all the documentation and formalities they told me to complete. They gave me in written the list of the documents to bring. Following are the documents which they demanded and I provide them on time;
Qualification Certificate of MBA.
Rent Deed Registered By Sub-registrar.
Food Safety Standards Authority Of India (FSSAI).
NOC From PDD.
Guarantors
Affidavits.
They have done two times inspection of the site. They send me to the Cluster Office Kulgam and I got clearance and positive response from there.
I have one own Shop and took three shops on rent and paying rent of the shops from march 2021.
Project Knowledge, Qualification and Intelligence doesn’t matter at the Katrasoo branch, What matters is Approach. Those who have approach are given preference at the katrasoo branch and those who don’t have approach are being ignored at the branch. If you don’t believe, you can call all those whose projects have been sanctioned by the branch and take interview all o[censored]s by and then see who deserve and who don’t. I don’t have approach but that doesn’t mean I will be rejected and ignored by the branch. When we talk about complain in Corporate office, they are taking it lightly and saying neither you and nor they can harm us.
Now I have only one option left that is to write Corporate Office, Chief Secretary and Reserve of India. And call Electronic and Social Media to raise my voice there. I thought you may help me to resolve the issue that is why I m writing to you before taking help of other organizations.
Someone has rightly said Government and Bank is for the richer people only.
